• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to ensure consistent quality and service.
• Collaborate with the front of house team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Participate in quality control processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in plant-based cooking.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a plant-based or vegetarian setting.
• Strong culinary skills with a focus on plant-based cuisine.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
