As a Fitting & Sales Specialist, you’ll be responsible for ensuring every customer leaves satisfied with their purchase. You’ll use our proprietary SizeFit system to measure and fit customers accurately, leveraging your expertise to recommend the perfect pair of jeans. This role is perfect for someone who loves fashion, enjoys interacting with people, and is eager to be part of a growing brand.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide personalized fitting services using the SizeFit technology to ensure customers find the perfect pair of jeans.
• Engage with customers, answering questions and offering recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
• Drive sales by promoting our premium denim collection and upselling complementary products.
• Assist in setting up and managing retail activations and pop-up events, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for attendees.
• Maintain a clean and organized retail space, including restocking products and managing inventory.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the denim industry and share insights with the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, fashion, or customer service roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
• Familiarity with denim products and the ability to provide accurate fitting and styling advice.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using basic retail software and point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-focused personality.
