Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist - Public Finance & Government Sector (Contract)

Your mission will be to create and deliver impactful training programs that align with the evolving needs of the government and public finance sectors.

As an L&D Specialist, you will work closely with stakeholders to design and implement training programs using industry-leading tools such as Moodle and LearnDash. You will also collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the content is relevant and effective. Daily, you will be involved in needs assessments, curriculum development, and the delivery of training sessions, both in-person and virtual.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement training programs tailored to the needs of the Public Finance and Government Sector.
• Develop and maintain learning materials using Moodle and LearnDash.
• Conduct needs assessments and analyze learning outcomes to improve training programs.
• Deliver training sessions both in-person and virtually, ensuring high engagement and participation.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to learners to ensure their success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning and Development, preferably in the Public Finance and Government Sector.
• Certification in Instructional Design or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs using Moodle and LearnDash.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with government and public finance regulations and practices.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
