📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on lathe machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues on lathe machines, including but not limited to, alignment, lubrication, and part replacement.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure the smooth operation of lathe machines during production runs.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain precision and efficiency.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including parts replaced, hours of operation, and any issues encountered.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in lathe machine maintenance and repair.
• Assist in the training and development of new team members.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards in the workshop.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in lathe machine maintenance and repair.
• Proven track record of maintaining and repairing lathe machines in a production environment.
• Familiarity with lathe machine brands and models commonly used in the bakery industry.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and standards in the workshop environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
