📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT infrastructure issues.
• Support daily IT operations, including system monitoring and reporting.
• Participate in network and server maintenance activities.
• Assist in the implementation of security protocols and best practices.
• Collaborate with the IT team to improve system performance and efficiency.
• Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.
• Provide technical support to end-users and departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of IT fundamentals, including networking and system administration.
• Familiarity with Windows Server and Active Directory is a plus.
