📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Monitor financial performance and ensure compliance with budgetary targets.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and employee development.
• Leverage data analytics tools like Power BI and Tableau to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to align operations with company goals.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
• Conduct regular site visits and audits to assess performance and address any issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the F&B industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple locations or high-volume operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for financial analysis.
• Knowledge of POS systems like QuickBooks or SAP is a plus.
• Certification in food safety (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
