Silver Net Lestari is looking for a dedicated Store Admin to join our team in Tenggarong. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring smooth daily activities, and maintaining high standards of customer service. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately. The salary range for this role is Rp 5.000.000 – Rp 7.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and receiving.,Oversee cash handling and financial transactions to ensure accuracy.,Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store premises.,Assist in training and supervising store staff.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Prepare and maintain store reports and records.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in store promotions and sales events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail or store administration is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.,Physical stamina to stand and work for extended periods.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
