In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts and driving sales growth for our CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM software solutions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow key accounts within the manufacturing and engineering sectors.,Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.,Collaborate with the sales team to drive product knowledge and sales enablement.,Monitor and report on sales performance and KPIs.,Participate in trade shows, seminars, and other industry events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role within the manufacturing or engineering industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing key accounts.,Strong understanding of CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM software solutions and their applications.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
