This is a full-time position based in Kendari, with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental staffing needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the position.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to attract passive candidates.,Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the recruitment process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in hiring top talent.,Strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
