📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage NAND flash memory validation projects from concept to completion.,Develop and execute comprehensive validation plans and test strategies for NAND flash memory products.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and reliability.,Conduct thorough testing and analysis to identify and resolve product defects and issues.,Work closely with design and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration of validation results.,Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to drive continuous improvement in validation processes.,Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.,Participate in on-call rotations to address critical issues and ensure product reliability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in NAND flash memory validation engineering.,Strong understanding of NAND flash memory architecture, operation, and testing methodologies.,Proficiency in validation tools and equipment, including but not limited to ATE (Automatic Test Equipment), oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers.,Experience with validation methodologies such as DFT (Design for Test), BIST (Built-In Self-Test), and ATPG (Automatic Test Pattern Generation).,Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data to identify root causes of issues.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
