Mart Net Jaya is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Inventory Staff to join our team in Padang. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our inventory system, ensuring accurate stock levels, and supporting the smooth operation of our warehouse. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the inventory system to ensure accurate stock levels.,Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to prevent discrepancies.,Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory items.,Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely restocking of inventory.,Monitor inventory levels and generate reports for management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.,Assist in the implementation of new inventory management systems or software.,Train and supervise junior inventory staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.,Proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail.,Familiarity with inventory management software or systems.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.,Experience with warehouse operations is a plus.
