📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Document patient information accurately and maintain patient records.,Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following infection control protocols.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.,Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and updating patient information.,Promote a positive and supportive work environment for both patients and colleagues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.,Valid nursing license and certification in Indonesia.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse in a clinical setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
