Sumber Kirana Restaurant is seeking a dedicated Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant in Samarinda. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage your branch from anywhere while maintaining strong communication with the central team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and motivate the staff to maintain high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.,Collaborate with the central team to implement company policies and initiatives.,Generate and submit regular reports on sales, expenses, and operational performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using basic accounting and inventory management software.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
