Mechanical & Electrical Manager (Construction Project Site)

You'll be responsible for managing all aspects of M&E systems, ensuring they are installed, maintained, and operated efficiently and safely.

As an M&E Manager, you'll work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that all M&E systems meet project specifications and regulatory requirements. You'll also be responsible for coordinating with suppliers and vendors to ensure that all materials and equipment are procured and delivered on time.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and operation of M&E systems in high-profile construction sites.
• Ensure that all M&E systems meet project specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that all M&E systems are installed and operated efficiently and safely.
• Manage the procurement and delivery of materials and equipment for M&E systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of M&E systems to ensure their proper functioning.
• Prepare and submit reports on the status of M&E systems to project managers and stakeholders.
• Ensure that all M&E systems are compliant with relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to site engineers and technicians.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&E management in construction projects.
• Certification as an M&E Engineer or a related professional qualification is a plus.
• Proven experience in managing M&E systems in high-profile construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
