In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations at our facilities, ensuring the safety and security of our employees, visitors, and assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily security operations and ensure compliance with all security protocols and procedures.,Conduct regular security patrols and inspections to identify and mitigate potential security risks.,Monitor and respond to security alarms, emergencies, and incidents as needed.,Manage and supervise a team of security guards, providing training, guidance, and support.,Maintain accurate and detailed security logs and reports.,Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and other security personnel as required.,Enforce company policies and procedures related to security and safety.,Ensure the proper functioning of security equipment and systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a security guard or security management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing security operations and teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Valid security guard certification or license.,Knowledge of relevant security laws, regulations, and best practices.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with security equipment and systems.
