📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants, providing training and support to ensure high performance.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and customers.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Knowledge of the Indonesian retail market is a plus.
