📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Coordinate with hiring managers to gather job requirements and schedule interviews.,Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.,Provide feedback to candidates on their interview performance.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Support the recruitment team in maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a passion for learning and growing in the field of recruitment.,Fluency in English is required; Indonesian language skills are a plus.
