📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons for students aged 4-12.
• Create a fun and interactive learning environment that fosters curiosity and creativity.
• Assess and track student progress, providing personalized support and feedback.
• Collaborate with educational experts to design and refine our curriculum.
• Develop and implement activities that encourage teamwork, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child’s progress.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching children aged 4-12.
• Strong knowledge of child development and learning theories.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create and implement engaging lesson plans.
• Experience with educational technology and tools is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
