📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, housekeeping, and staff management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
  • Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure the restaurant meets all regulatory requirements and standards.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant operations, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, housekeeping, and staff management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
