Hokian Maya Butik is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions, processing customer orders, and ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout process. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized cash register area.,Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions securely.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.,Assist in inventory management by restocking products as needed.,Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless shopping experience.,Report any discrepancies or issues to the appropriate personnel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.,Detail-oriented with excellent attention to accuracy.,Ability to work both in a team and independently.,Flexible and adaptable to a hybrid work environment.
