📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist clients at the front desk, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle client inquiries and book appointments efficiently using our in-house system.
• Maintain and update client records and files.
• Assist in sales efforts by promoting our aesthetic services and products.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the beauty and wellness industry.
• Contribute to the team's success by actively participating in team meetings and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of aesthetic services and products is preferred.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
• Proficient in English and Korean, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
