📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct inquiries about the company, its services, and facilities.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest arrivals and departures.,Handle and process mail, packages, and other deliveries.,Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.,Provide information and assistance to employees regarding company policies and procedures.,Monitor and enforce security protocols and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Professional and friendly demeanor.
