📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Visit client locations to collect outstanding payments
- Follow up on overdue accounts and negotiate payment plans
- Maintain accurate records of collections and communications
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Report collection activities and performance metrics to the team
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with the team to achieve collection targets
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Field Collector or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable transportation (own vehicle preferred)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel to various client locations
- High school diploma or equivalent
