📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute People M&A strategy in alignment with business objectives.,Lead and manage the end-to-end People M&A process, from acquisition to integration.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.,Oversee the integration of acquired teams, ensuring cultural fit and operational continuity.,Drive organizational excellence by fostering a high-performance culture and employee engagement.,Provide strategic guidance and support to the People team during M&A activities.,Monitor and report on People M&A metrics and KPIs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in People M&A.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Director, People M&A or similar role in a high-growth technology company.,Strong understanding of People M&A processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.,Proven track record of driving organizational excellence and employee engagement.,Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute People M&A strategies.,Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Master's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is a plus.
