📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting the head server in taking orders and serving food and drinks to customers.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
  • Assisting with the setup and cleanup of tables and equipment.
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Assisting with inventory management and restocking of supplies.
  • Following health and safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Assisting with any other tasks as assigned by the head server or management.
  • Working as part of a team to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with food and beverage service procedures and protocols.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
