In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth and accurate processing of BPJS claims, directly contributing to our commitment to providing high-quality healthcare services to our community.

As a BPJS Claims Administration Staff at Klinik Pratama Kadisha, you will handle daily tasks such as data entry, verification, and reconciliation of BPJS claims using our in-house system and the official BPJS portal. You'll work closely with our healthcare providers to ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of claims, helping us maintain compliance with BPJS regulations and avoid any financial discrepancies.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify BPJS claims with high accuracy using our in-house system and the official BPJS portal.
• Ensure timely submission of claims and follow up on any pending or rejected claims.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all BPJS transactions.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with BPJS regulations.
• Assist in reconciling BPJS payments and identifying any discrepancies.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers regarding BPJS claims.
• Stay updated on BPJS policies, procedures, and any changes in regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in BPJS claims administration or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of BPJS policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Familiarity with healthcare terminology and processes is a plus.
