📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting in the development and implementation of training programs for employees.
  • Conducting training sessions and workshops to improve employee skills and knowledge.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Providing feedback and support to employees to help them develop their skills and career goals.
  • Maintaining accurate records of training programs and employee development.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure that training programs align with company goals and objectives.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of safety and compliance training programs.
  • Providing guidance and support to new employees to help them adjust to the company culture and work environment.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a training and development role.
  • Strong knowledge of training and development best practices and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with maritime and logistics industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
