📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sous Chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.,Assist in the preparation of ingredients and the maintenance of kitchen equipment.,Work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Ensure that all dishes are presented to the highest standards.,Assist in the training and development of junior kitchen staff.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Assist in the development and implementation of new recipes and menu items.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of a variety of cuisines.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
