📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.,Support the marketing team in creating and managing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.,Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to inform marketing decisions.,Assist in coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth marketing operations.,Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives using relevant tools and metrics.,Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and event coordination.,Collaborate with the sales team to promote products and services and drive customer engagement.,Maintain and update the company's marketing database and CRM system.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
