📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.,Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure training needs are met.,Maintain training records and provide reports on training activities.,Assist in the development of training materials and resources.,Provide ongoing support and mentoring to employees during training sessions.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in using training management software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Certification in training and development is a plus.,Experience in the manufacturing or related industries is a plus.
