Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly instructions and guides,Develop and maintain style guides and templates for technical writing,Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve documentation,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Experience with documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong communication and collaboration skills
