📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the design and development of structural components for civil infrastructure projects.,Conduct structural analysis and provide design solutions to meet project requirements and standards.,Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and reports for project implementation.,Review and approve design work prepared by junior engineers.,Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends, codes, and standards.,Mentor and guide junior engineers to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural design for civil infrastructure projects.,Proficiency in structural analysis software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international building codes and standards.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar drafting software.,Experience with project management tools and techniques.
