📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Oversee inventory management and supply chain processes.,Monitor and maintain operational systems and equipment.,Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols.,Conduct regular operational audits to identify areas for improvement.,Support the team in achieving operational targets and KPIs.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.,Provide operational support during peak periods and special projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or related roles.,Strong understanding of operational processes and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
