📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the electronics manufacturing facility, ensuring that all processes are running efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.,Manage and mentor a team of production and quality control staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.,Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all products meet or exceed customer expectations.,Work closely with the management team to develop and implement business plans and strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the electronics manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.,Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management system is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
