Maintenance Sales Officer

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting regular maintenance checks on Daikin products, diagnosing issues, and providing timely solutions. You will also be expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Additionally, you will work closely with our technical support teams to ensure that all maintenance requests are handled efficiently and effectively. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about customer service and has a strong technical background in HVAC systems.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular maintenance checks on Daikin products to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with Daikin products, providing timely solutions to customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Work closely with sales teams to provide exceptional maintenance support, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with technical support teams to ensure that all maintenance requests are handled efficiently and effectively.
• Provide training and support to customers on the proper use and maintenance of Daikin products.
• Monitor and report on maintenance activities to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in the HVAC field, and apply this knowledge to improve maintenance practices and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance, technical support, or a related role in the HVAC industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including Daikin products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
• Familiarity with industry certifications such as Daikin Certified Technician or similar is a plus.
