📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strategic business partnerships to drive growth and innovation.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing partners.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new partnership opportunities.
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements.
• Manage and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnerships.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand our network.
• Provide regular reports on partnership progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success of strategic initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or relationship management.
• Proven track record of successfully building and maintaining strategic partnerships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
• Ability to travel for business purposes.
